  • @thegrandwazoooo If they were really unfriendly towards you then clearly they had many problems of their own and didn't practice what they were preaching. Any unfriendliness can only come through a lack of understanding and inner peace.

  • I was interested in buddhism and i went to Mindful Living meetings. However after a few weeks the couple who ran the centre began to be really unfriendly towards me ...so eventually I stopped going.Baffled how I could possibly have offended them by sitting meditating. Can anyone enlighten me ...I has sort of put me off Buddhism.

  • Tolle describes umm - internal dialogue very well. He states basic "spiritual facts" very well. He does not offer practical techniques very well.

  • Im not a massive lover of picnics

  • 1:04-1:14 is key

  • @Cezzaras Eckhart Tolle gave me my first taste of enlightenment. Other people seem so disfunctional now, or I see it so much clearer. Of course I still get sucked into old habits

  • I do not agree with everything Thich Nhat Hanh speaks about....but he is a humble man with a humble heart, I love him and may God always bless him here and thereafter!

  • Thank you..just.. thank you.

  • My heart is filled with gratitude! I noticed how much i'm filled with ideas about peace, but barely live it.
