*Photographer's Note: Sorry about the poor quality and the POV. My camera isn't the greatest and hopefully the unit will get a new one. Also I was trying not to get in the judges way. lol. XD Enjoy. GO NORTH OORAH

P.S. North High School won first place in the Pt portion of the Drill Meet along with 1st places for Armed regulation and NS-1 Basic. And 3rd places for Unarmed regulation and Colorguard.

  • So who won, how many reps? How long? Did a girl win?

  • It wasnt an individual winner but our unit as a whole. and we did win in the Physical FItness competition lol. XD first place and still undefeated to this day.

  • ok i am in the military and that is deffinitly not the proper way to do a damn sit up! ur hands should be locked behind your head and you need to come ALL THE WAY UP TO YOUR NEES AND FALL BACK TO THE FLOOR!

  • those are marine corp push ups that you're talking about, or at least that what we consider them. And in our program its a different regulation for sit-ups. i mean this is a high school competition not the actual military.

  • thats really sad. at our high school we actually come up all the way and push out 110 in 120 seconds.

  • this competition isn't about how fast you can do just LONG you can last, a little something you call ENDURANCE. We're not trying to kill ourselves doing 110 in 120. That's just nutts.

    situps do the top abs

  • yea right. i have a sixer, and do nothing but bench, squats, cleans, dips, deadlifts, rows, shoulder presses, and chins. they are simply not needed, for the average guy to get a ripped stomach.
