I am Meilssa's niece. Our family was in the WORST throes of grieving when the MOGOP made their "incompetence" accusation against her. It was the day of her viewing. They followed this LOW behavior by not removing the smear from their website immediately after the lie was called out, and REFUSING to offer even a private apology to my family. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm getting sick and tired of all this politician bickering. It seems like every commercial on local tv is a campaign ad. I just want to vote on Tuesday and get it over with.

Please. To claim the spokesman for the party in service to Talent's campaign was IGNORANT of the fact that he was smearing a dead woman is LUDICROUS. McCaskill issued a press release where she named Melissa as the Compliance Director the DAY BEFORE the MOGOP accusation. Are we supposed to believe that the MOGOP don't read press releases by their opponent? Of course they do, and they know all the key staff. Talent and his MOGOP thugs are not good guys.

Are you kidding me?! Talent is a Republican and runs on their ticket, but he did not make the report. Give me a break and try understanding the political party system before posting this crap. I am sorry for the family's loss and am sure that Talent is too. But even those (NOT TALENT!!!) from the Republican party who did put this out couldn't have known she was attached to that post when they filed the complaint.
