@casualtyarmy87 i used to think that way too, bu if you set up your meal plans a day ahead of time its very easy, plus you feel full all day, you feel energetic up until dinner time.
best idea is to make 2 servings of anything and place em in two seperate containers.
the hardest meal is usually the late night dinner though

@casualtyarmy87 ya 2-4 hours bring food with you.. a bad of peanuts something like that .. protein bars fruits have something to get u thru the day

Hi, you seem to really know your stuff when it comes to nutrition & exercise. I was wondering if you know in what situations your body burns protein 'before' fat? I know that the body primarily metabolizes carbohydraten for energy, but what happens if you don't eat carbs - do you burn fat or protein?? (Really enjoyed watching your videos - loads of great tips, so cheers!).
ok how do u guys get to eat every 3 hours? its so hard when u have a busy life, school, work, etc. sometimes its past 3 hours and i can't eat because im either busy working, manager;s around, i cant just go into the break room and eat, or im in the middle of a class, etc. your reponses will be appreciated, sometimes i eat every 3 and a half hours..is that ok?

I've got to remember this eating rule. Its easy to get sidetracked at work and skip meals. Maybe taking some small tins of tuna to work would help? So 5 meals a day must be like 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm roughly?

yup every 3 hours........write them down when you have your first meal of the day on an index card and plan your meals so you dont forget

I have a big problem with bad breath, so I've been chewing on gum all my life to hide it. That is until I read that aspartame is a serotonin blocker that leads to depression which I have been also been battling!
Don't know what to do!
