Please all the nay sayers about Eric Clapton, please keep quiet I can't hear beautiful blues being played. Don't compare him to this guy or that guy, why because you do not know them personally do you? Don't compare him to Jimi, or anybody else he is unique he was the first bonafide British blues guitarist. Who took it to the next level, yes with amplification and distortion. Dusted it off and brought it into the modern era They didn't call him god for nothing now did they.
