This is absolutely amazing, is there anywhere I could get the traditional sheet music for this?

@TurinDarein 17 string koto performed by Keiko Miyakoshi. The fourth movement of "Yottsu no Zensoukyoku"(i.e. Four Preludes) composed by Katsutoshi Nagasawa. Would this information be exactly what you want?

@Gaijendrummer Thank you for your comment! This tune is rather new and the copyright still remains. So you might not find free sheet music for this. Also, purchase of it might usually not be available except in Japan. But if you want it, we may search for the way you could buy it (though it might cost rather high). For more detail, please send us a message directly.

Thank you for names of composition, composer, and performer. Beautiful performance, and I love the mellow sound of this particular koto.

@avivagabriel You're welcome. This is 17-string koto called "Jyu-shichi Gen" in Japanese. It usually takes the role of bass with it's lower register. But sometimes it is featured as a solo instrument like this. We can find another example here: gnEYL6mq4Z8 (please search by copying and pasting this ID as a keyword).

@Zagabry Keiko is pleased to hear about your comment. As for traditional japanese music, we recommend videos on the channel by Akemi Yamada. (though some of them are European classical tunes) Keiko performs in many of those videos, especially older ones.
