@mindpaint so I have 2 questions for ya........1. I noticed that you are "flicking" the boomerangs and I wondered could you "throw" them the same way you would thier larger wood and plastic counterparts?? and 2 .......I understand that they can be thrown just like a frisbee but what exactly is it that propels them back to you??? not to sound stupid but I don't really understand the physics behind it

These tiny boomerangs normally need more spin than throwing them can provide. A flick is best. I would like to teach more about how and why boomerangs return, but the space in a comment is FAR TOO limited. The actual physics behind boomerang flight is actually a bit complex. I suggest the article at howstuffworks com. Look up "Boomerang" there.
