I have the glyde u940 or something like that and its not good.....so i would get the omnia....and is this a durable phone??

Does this phone REQUIRE verizon's data plans, or could it just be used as a simple phone for calling, texting, etc?

@loco039 lol same here and I really don't like this phone, I've tried everything to fix it, it's a sad excuse for a phone in my opinion. Even it's functionality as a calling phone sucks, it is always choppy and cuts me off

this phone looks really cool... I'm thinking of getting one, it just sucks that you have to take the battery off in order to put in the micro SD card. thanks SOOOOO much for the review!

Yes, but it doesn't go in anywhere on the phone. It's a separate accessory.

Look-wise the Omnia is better and has better camera and UI. The Glyde has full QWERTY. So it's really up to what you use the most and like the most.
