Here are some great quantities:

1 egg, 1 Tsp dijon mustard, pinch Pepper. Place in bottom of container

Pour over 1 cup bland oil: sunflower, canola, etc. NOT early harvest EV Olive!

When oil rises to the top, follow the video.

Perfect, every time.

If you want to: Add more eggs/oil Add capers, seafood sauce, whatever. Be careful of too much salt.
