  • @CharlesStJames: I do 4 sets of 25 push ups. After each set I do 20 curls a piece for each arm. Is doing the push ups for a minute 3 times better than what I do now. And can I still do curls after that. And also can I do this Monday threw Saturday~

  • @YoungReggie85 You can do the pushup challenge Mon-Sat. It might be hard to do this challenge between working your arms. You'll find that you"ll do quite a bit more than 25 push ups per set. Try this, do as many push up as you can in 1 min on the first set only, then work out like you do normally. You"ll be smoked after that.

  • wouldnt doing all those press ups every day be bad, because wouldnt your muscle fibres need time to recover and rip before u do more and more??

  • @Flexah93 Ripping and Recovering gets a little bit into bodybuilding. But think of this, NFL player sprint each day, on every play. Sprinting is a very explosive movement, more explosive than pushups. Yet it is done every play. Your body has tremendous endurance when using just your body weight. But, you definitely should NOT Bench press everyday. You would need time to recover from exercises like that. But not stuff like push ups, sit ups, chopping wood, digging holes..ect.

  • @Flexah93 Another example is a gymnast. Think of how muscular the male gymnast looks. Yet he simply uses his body weight. And the last example would be Hershell Walker. He does over a thousand pushups each day....I hope I spelled his name right.

  • @CharlesStJames I saw your comment about Herschel walker, he only eats a few g of protein a day do u think he is a genetic freak or is all the hype about protein a little exaggerated? Does military training focus on lots of protein?

  • @TheSundayScoop As far as the Army goes, for the most part, the Army focuses on complete nutrition....carbs, proteins, and fats. No high protein diets, but diets designed to keep energy up and fatigue low. Total nutrition normally works best.

  • @famouswrider the best one i've seen so far is hydroxycut by muscletech. it might have some side effects, but i consider them pretty tame compared to other appetite suppressants out there. FYI: You should consult your physician before trying out anything in the market. If you don't want to take that though there is always that all protein diet --> I don't recommend this for anyone considering the risks, but among any diet program this seems to be the best and you don't have to pay for anything.

  • @CharlesStJames lol don't know what army your talking about..

But all I get to eat in the field is some fucking tuna cans and stale bread..

    3 times a day..

Now if were back at the base then there are a lot of carbs (mostly unlimited..)

And a rather small amount of protein (eggs in the morning meat in the afternoon and eggs again in the evening :D) this is what u usually get also veges unlimited..

once or twice ud get pancakes! :D sad huh?

  • @CharlesStJames could u do a regular tricep workout routine (once a week) aswell as doing this every day, or will that be ill-advised??

  • I just wanna say thanks for this VIDEO man it really inspired me because i am on a fitness journey as well. my biggest issue is WORKING OUT! I WEIGH ABOUT 303, my mission is to not get skinny but to cut this fat and tone up. I can not afford expensive supplements or shakes. what are some foods i can eat or simply works to reach my goal of 250-270? any help would be awesome. once agian thanks for the vid.

  • @CharlesStJames hmm ok would it be wise do u think if i were to do this 1 minute press up a day challenge on top of a regular workout routine, or just one or the other?
