Something Ive been meaning to put together for a bit now. This explains a sample progression on our Hanging Row exercise. Ive seen it also called the Inverted Row so I guess its either.

My normal working sets with the bar are usually 4x8 with another 80lbs added. With the rope I work around 44lbs or so right now for 5x5-8 reps. My grip is still struggling with the 2" rope.

Body weight at the time is around 258.
