This song sounds sooo familar. I don't listen to japanese music alone, so i think that this song, or a song that's somehow similar is used in the opening or closing of another anime. My friend said it sounds familar to him too.

I looked around and I couldn't find what it was that was probably jogging my memory, so if someone knows where this song/one similar to it/and anime with a song by same person is, I'd appreciate it. I'm dying to know where I know this from.
