I'm influenced hard by "ALPHA" with strong memories (still living in a communist country...it's 19 o'clock in 1983 Hungary and I having a driving lesson in the evening while ASIA/ALPHA is streaming from a little radio that the teacher has with him, lol) On "ALPHA" there's a perfect synergy between the futuristic CD-cover graphic by RD and the incredible, timeless ASIA sound...I loved many bands but ASIA is just stellar and is above them all...in my world, lol.

@amrak63 I remember the MTV debut of this video! It was hyped & there was a countdown "Don't miss ASIA's new video premier!.....". I was around 13yo. I remember while waiting & watching MTV, "Rosanna" by Toto came on, & my little bro who was about 6 or 7 @ the time.....LOL.....I can never forget this!.....He says "MTV girls are sexy!" LOL (in reference to the girl in the Rosanna vid) LOL! classic! Anyway, I like this vid...it had a Indian Jones thing going on, ya know? I love the 80's!

I remember this fondly, but I STILL don't know what in Haruhi's name the video has to do with the lyrics of the song. I guess the director and/or band had just seen RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK and wanted to do their own little tribute to it.
