If I have a "perfect fit" for my waist. My jeans will need to be let out, not taken in. I need to take in the waist. I HAVE A BIG BUTT!!! and so this tutorial doesn't help :/

I dont see how this helps you get "the perfect fit" Hemmed legs yes, but not a perfect fit by any means.
