How to take Wordpress Database Backup and Restore using Wp-DB-Backup Plugin Method?

This wordpress tutorial explains how to take backup of your database through plugin. Here i am using wp-db-backup plugin. You can schedule the wordpress wp database backup through this plugin as daily, weekly etc.When you take database plugin, remember you are taking backup of important contents like posts, comments etc. This plugin automates backup and send the backup file to your email.
