@conqueringthruchrist How is faith a good thing? Faith is believing something without evidence for that thing or in the face of evidence to the contrary. I could have faith in Vishnu, faith in Allah, faith in Zeus, or faith in the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Instead of glorifying faith, I choose to follow the evidence WHEREVER it leads, even if that means giving up some of my cherished beliefs. Peace.

Hi Spek. I believe that you probably have the best of intentions - you sound like a nice person. I was raised a Christian and I understand how believing that Jesus is your Savior can make you feel happy, joyful, and safe. The thing is, I have come to seriously doubt God's existence - I simply don't see any direct evidence for ANY supernatural or theistic claim. Do you have any proof of God other feelings in your "heart"? If God isn't real, then you are actually doing harm by saying falsehoods.

Awesome message and so true! There are many people even in my family that don't know Jesus. I try to talk to them about God and they just don't want to hear it. Very sad. I know that God needs to work on people's hearts and open their eyes, but we have our part too, which is sharing our faith and preaching the gospel. God bless you sister. You are His :)
