Fast single bass drums (attempted)

lol, this is kinda a joke.
found an old video (like six years ago old) of my self during a bass drum work out. so i put together this short clip where/when i was loosing it.
it doesnt really groove its just from a bass drum endurance thing i used to do in my practice time. nothing special but it was amusing to see my attempt from way back.
i remember at the time i watched guys like dennis chambers, who can do super fast three stroke with a single.
also john blackwell has killer single bass too.
