  • Roxy Music have been my favourite band for over 30 years...

this is a decent cover, they've made it into a new song, it's the only way to cover Roxy

  • Oh well... after they'd done Pink Floyd, everything could be expected from this crazy band

  • the vocals are TERRIBLE! They try to make up for the annoying vocals by using a bunch of synths... well it's not working. i definitely wouldnt compare it to Blondie (one of my favorite bands) because Debbie is (well.. she used to be) an excellent singer and whoever this is in this band is not. the backing track is alright, the vocals are horrid.

  • really good cover..but for this song you have to keep the weird, offbeat voice of BRYAN FERRY, but this is good.. too bad they didn't sing this when they were on the JAY LENO SHOW a couple of months ago..would have had them dancing in the aisles..

  • I agree with you OBrien548. If this version had been around in the days of Studio 54, they would have played it into the ground, or, should I say, into the glitter and coke covered dance floor? Cover songs are just that, one bands interpretation of a previous classic. Roxy Music built a solid house and the Scissor Sisters flipped it into a party room that we can all appreciate and enjoy over 34 years later!!!! Great vision SS!!!!

  • May i remind you that that is a man singing at 0:43

  • Oh my god so catchy it should be illegal

    Fantastic

  • I like this version & I'm a huge Roxy Music fan. It's like Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" meets Blondie's "Heart of Glass".

  • meh debbie harry could have done it

  • Congrats Sissor Sisters Ye do a briliant job on this very ferry funky iTS NOT OFTEN THAT I LIKE ANY ONE DOING ROXYS SONGS YE HAVE NAILED IT

  • @wiggystardust totally agree, friend! the best covers are unique interpretations of the original, rather than the same song, new band.

  • OMG what a croc of sh££ I cant believe they actually got away with this. This is one of the worst ever cover version of an iconic song!!!!!!!!!!!! Listen to the Roxy Version and you will see what Im on about......... This is THE song EVERY Roxy fan wants at GIGS. Not a patch on the original sorry SS
