i live in ohio, which doesnt have medicinal cannabis. I have bipolar and struggle to get my meds. The fed laws of this country for medical cannabis, cause thousands with bipolar to become suicidal because they cant have the medicine they NEED to sustain a 'proper' and productive lifestyle.
