Thank you for the tour of your beautiful home. I love Victorian houses, and this is definitely a nicely kept and well-maintained house. Please do keep this posted, even though your other comments indicate you are not selling it after all.

I don't blame you for changing your mind about selling. It would be HARD for me too, to leave such a warm and beautiful home.

This is one beautiful home.

Entering the house....and there is the living room...
I hope this lack of termonology is the /flip/ owners fault....I assume, he bought it at a steel, and has never hearr of a frount parlor ... Money and ignorance seems to be a hopeful 'winfall' of this true Capitalish/rip someone off property holder. I stopped at .41..

I´m in love. How much?

I thought people only lived in houses like these in Disney family sitcoms. Must be nice.
Joraejean, the front hall is not really big enough to be called a parlor. I'm not sure where the capital/rip off comes from. I've owned the house for over 30 years. For a moment in time, we were going to move to Maine and the house never went on the market. I keep the video posted so people can see the inside of a Victorian house.

The house is warm and welcoming so it can't be a Christian Bale movie set. Thanks for commenting.

It took a lot of sweat equity to get it to its current state. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The house is very comfortable and welcoming. BTW, the house is not for sale at the moment. Thanks for your comment.

Hi, I have 2 questions. First, are those ceilings 8-foot or 10?(or something?) And also, how come you didn't go in the attic?
Nice house, though. I love old Victorians!

Hello, the ceilings are actually nine feet tall. I was redoing the insulation in the attic and it was a mess. BTW, the house is no longer for sales. We decided to stay for another couple of years.

Its a beautiful home and have lived here 31 years. We are only the third owners of the house, built in 1901. We want to move to Maine. Thus we are getting the house ready for an eventual sale. However, we might stay here several more years. Its hard to determine.
Thanks for your note.
