  • Nice! I'll try this, combining some workout moves from your first workout video :) Btw, my upper arms have always been a problem for me since they're big/fat and unproportional to my body. Other parts of my body get thin but not my upper arms. :( What can you suggest?

  • @0317bella Hardcore push-ups! It's the only way to go :) You can also try lifting dumbbells!
