New Portal Update hides radios throughout the levels and sends signals

Valve released a new update for Portal on the PC today. In this update they hid radios in all the levels. If you bring the radios to the end of the level they will make a new sound. This sound is actually a picture once decoded of course.

Edit: as it stands right now:
the sounds are turned into images

the images have letters and numbers

Hidden messages decode into a phone #

Phone # is for a BBS in Washington State.

BBS is displaying ASCII photos

Wait a sec people! It's true, all these transmissions do decode into SSTV. All, except for two. Those two can be translated into morse code, and one can be translated to say something like: Interior transmission active External data line active Message digest active The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog System data dump active User back up active Password back up active Beep beep beep beep lol Almost sounds like GLaDOS rebooting, which kind of foreshadows Portal 2. But idk.

@roblox184 Since I'm replying to a month old comment, you might already have found the answer, so I apologize if this is wasting your time, but to get the radios to do this, you must beat the last level, including GLaDOS, completely legit, without cheats and connected to the internet to get the achievement 'Heart Breaker'. Then you can just go back to any of the levels and find the radios. you will know it's working if there's a red light near the bottom. Hope this helps.
