As the title states, this video is from CBC and it exposes what HAARP is really capable of doing. It is always a refreshing change to see news that is actually fair and balanced as this is. I suggest everyone does more research on this to find out what the world elite are planing for our futures.

Technology is a good thing.. but in the hands of fools is extremeely dangerous.. just as it is now!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think we should ignore it either because these technologies could do great things for humankind. However, the people who are using this technology aren't showing us what they're using it for and as you correctly stated we need "strict rules and transparency." so that the American people and the world know what the US government is doing. Nothing can stay hidden forever as everything is exposed in history, we'll eventually find out exactly what the gov was/is doing with HAARP.

The people conducting eugenics nowadays seem to making humans worse not better and that totally goes against what I understood as true eugenics. As for what you're talking about in regards to breeding specific races of people, that can be obtained through nature (untouched nature) and that would definitely be good. However, their form of breeding master races appears to involve genetic cross-specie breeding in a lab and that's a bomb waiting to go off because the risks of new super diseases.

Honestly there are things that agree with when it comes to eugenics as well. I would like to see the entire human species reach its ultimate potential and it would probably happen allot faster if we did selective breeding properly but then again that's the very type of thinking the elites use to justify their actions. Also their going far beyond selective breeding, their chemically dumbing us down and their doing that for their own selfish need, not the need of humans as a whole.

I can't imagine that would be a good thing, even though there are crazy groups out there if you start killing off the ones you disagree with then where will it end, what if someone else thinks the same thing about Christians and they said "You whipped out Scientology so why can't we wipe out Christians?" Do you see what I mean? Any form of Eugenics will just lead to other forms of it, unless of course you could dictate every one of your wills onto humanity but that's whats got us into this mess.

I've thought about that, but then I thought about all the other programs of destruction, eugenics and manipulations that are right there in plain view of the entire world, they could easily have a public face on something like HAARP and tell the public its for this good deed and that and secretly then use it for terrible things. Its like with the fluoride in water, they tell us its in there and its good for us, meanwhile they're using it to dumb us down and get rid of their toxic waste legally.
