Here's a video of me singing 'C' by Francis Poulenc at my A level recital in 2009. It's not the best performance as I had problems with my jaw at the time of recording and could hardly open my mouth. I have since had three operations to try and fix it. It made getting those top notes even more difficult than it already is!

  • @2MaxnaTesTl4 Good for you singing at your age in so many choirs! Not many can still solo at age 70. I had the good fortune of singing in an opera with J HInes a few years before he passed-- that lovely bass still had a pianissimo high F at age 73! Genetics, and care, did it. For TMJ, as a licensed massotherapist, I recommend mostly static pressure on the painful points just shy of pain, but enough to slightly annoy, maybe 30-90 seconds worth at a time. Slow movements of the fingers okay.

  • I LOVE YOU LYDIAAAAAAAAA <3 Ani ^_^ <3

  • You have a lovely voice. I had TMJ surgery for a jaw that was locked at 1 1/2 fingers in 1983. It took a few months to recover full opening, but I as still singing at age 70. I belong to 4 choirs and I still do solos with all of them. Good luck and may your life always be filled with music.
