@QuayTheCanaryDiamond To be honest I don't do the baking soda cleanse as often as I should. I use the baking soda more for exfoliation as opposed to a mask. The granules and texture help to slough off old cells.

@kokodesigns Sure...check out my 2011 Master Cleanse and Daniel Fast vid and my Alternatives to the Master Cleanse vid. I think I also have a couple other videos that mention vegetarianism and recommend some good books. I think this is a great idea!!!1 Kudos to you!

@NaturalJourney thanks! but im a big veggie eater and change pillow case every trhree days, but i did try the baking soda, and lov it. im starting to see my face agine. so how many days do u reccomended that i exfoliated with the baking soda, i mix a little palmer coca butter soap with it. thanks for the info

Can baking powder be used where baking soda is unavailable? Can't seem to find it

@calotapaloma I don't think so because baking soda is coarser which works better for exfoliation.

I've also started using baking soda for almost everything and feel stupid for all the beauty industry crap I've spent money on over the years, but I just wanted to ask: do you actually use it to remove eye make-up? I avoid getting it around my eyes because I'm afraid it will burn.

@Trophime No, I never use it to remove I makeup. It is more of an exfoliant treatment.

I'm sitting here with my first baking soda mask on my face right now. Iv noticed from your more recent videos that your skin is beautiful. How often do u do this baking soda regimen?
