Saturday: Lachute to Montebello.
One person's experience as a Coureur de Bois Gold skier in the 160km, 2 day Canadian Ski Marathon (CSM); oh and sleeping outside in the snow! The Canadian Ski Marathon (CSM) is North Americas longest and oldest Nordic ski tour.

    No worries, you'll do well; it's just a pleasant couple of days out skiing with friends. Relax, eat, drink, and be merry.

    P.S. The Biochemistry of sport is a passion of mine. Read "The Lore of Running" by Dr. Timothy D. Noakes to understand what's happening biochemically at the cellular level the first 0.2 secs, 2 seconds, 20 seconds, 2 minutes, and 2 hours of endurance activity; fascinating.
