Jon Pertwee's hair has lost its dimensional stabilizer and transducted ontgo Tom Baker's head. Switch the polarity of the neautron flow and set up a exitonic field around Tom. That'll fix things.

@DeptOfLawEnforcement Well I'd rather not dwell on it but since I left that comment I'm still getting there slowly, met John Leeson, Katy Manning, Louise Jameson, even Nick Briggs but Tom's still on top priority and unless something like that DOES happen in the near future then he still will be top priority to meet.
