Barbell Bench Press - Medium Grip 185 x 6
Bent Over Barbell Row 175 x 6
Seated Barbell Military Press 115 x 6
Barbell Shrug 275 x 6
Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press 155 x 6
Barbell Curl 105 x 6 (was getting rough on the last rep)
Barbell Curl 85 x 6 to finish it off with good form.

  • Gotta work on the back a little more man. Your rows and bench should be at the same weight. Good job though on your lifts
