These people actually work (or worked) for the Halifax. They are doing it so they can get a good appraisal from their manager and get an extra £200 in their bonus - pathetic isn't it ?. They don't get payed for taking part in the advert. Most of them are probably redundant by now along with the other 40,000 who lost their jobs, mostly in West Yorkshire. You are probably thinking good f*cking riddance and I wouldn't blame you - I used to have to work with these creeps.
