One of the ways I've seen my own personal growth development journey affect me has been in the past before I was married. Because of my lack of maturity and understanding how some things really are quick small and petty... I would let things get to me so much easier. Even just a few years ago as I started my entrepreneurial endeavors, my personal growth development lacked and so therefore my results lacked as well.

You have to take charge or your own personal growth development journey, it is up to nobody but yourself. Look at what you've done in the past and how far you have come. Have you ever heard the phrase that people don't buy your products or service ...that they buy YOU instead?

Being in the home based business field, they say that network marketing is personal growth development wrapped around a product. Which I completely agree with and so I've switched my focus.

I've decided that my focus will now be 100% on improving my people skills, my communication skills and my relational skills, and less on being an "expert" in some product line. Building a strong personal growth development strategy can also assist with reaching your goals faster. Knowing who you are, where you came from and where you are going and have a definitive way to get there is so key.
