This historical structure move took place in Westminster, Colorado. This complex will be used for retail, community fine arts and an industrial arts center. This farm complex began in 1911 as the tuberculosis milk and egg supply for National Jewish Hospital in Denver. Mr. Louis S Shoenberg (Beaumont) moved from Ohio to Leadville, Colorado in the 1870's, where he became a business partner with Mr. David May. After accumulating wealth in Leadville and in the May clothing store partnership, he devoted much of his life to philanthropic pursuits. I taped and produced the structure move that took place on April 2, 2008. The final DVD presentation has a duration of 40+ minutes. This moving outfit specializes in moving historical structures.
