What you seem to forget is that it's Windows Mobile 6, you can download a heap of different software and even flash new firmwares onto the phone to fix any problems it may have.

Have you tried playing music on this phone? Is the sound loud enough? Do you recommend buying this device? I just ordered one but I'm not sure if I should cancel my order for the HTC Touch Cruise... Please let me know :) Thanks
