This song is call "Pi ga wayo" by Jung Chul (or Jeong Cheol, however you want to romanize it.) The title translates to "it's raining." The woman who left him is his older sister (he called her "nuna") And he it basically broke his heart to come and find out she's suffering the same fate as their own mother, being in an abusive relationship and all.
