This video hits close to home for me. I just became a micro preemie mom on August 26th due to severe preeclampsia as well (such a horrible disease!) my little girl was born at 26 weeks and weighed 1lb 4oz. It's been really tough, but we're trying to stay positive. I hope your little girl is doing well! <3

It is a long and challenging journey, and like i said before, provide her all the interventions that you can provide medically and make sure that you let the baby know that she is loved by always being beside her as much as you can, give her the will to live because it's all upto the baby... it's hard but it is a fight I'd rather have than loosing her.

by the way, she's turning 4 this weekend Sept 10, 2010! No brain damage just need to catch up a little tiny bit. She is a very happy, very sweet, naughty little girl that she is supposed to be, who loves dora and princesses, have faith ;)

She just turned three and it was quite a journey. My advice, provide any form of intervention available. It is up to the babies if they can fight to survive all you can do is to make sure that they know how much they are loved because that's how they gain their will to live. It is hard but it's worth it. be brave.

this is almost the same as me!! my baby girl was born at 27 weeks weighin 1lb 1oz, due to severe pre-eclampsia, but sadly we lost her after just 1 week, your storys an insiration and chloe is so beautiful!! all the best for your future!! p.s my babys name was also chloe!!! xxxxx

wow, this is sad...I hope your little girl is doing well, anyway my little sister she was born early and she wasnt breathing at all they did everything and they told my dad and everyone was crying. but at one moment but then she came back to life she was so tiny we found out that she had kidny stones, and She had a cleft, but now she is 3 years old and rotten : )
