For some strange reason, and please don't take offense to this, but you remind me of a less crappy version of Simon Nowell. How so, you may ask? You have the balls to actually criticize the crap on youtube that deserves it. The accent helps a bit in the visualization, with no intention to stereotype. Keep up the good work, Dylan is annoying as hell. His "Shock Jock" tactics, as I'll refer to them as, such as the voice changes, are lame.
