New Orleans has the highest number of blighted buildings in the nation, where homeless people find shelter in unsafe and terribly unsanitary conditions

  • Thank you Miller.

  • Damn New Orleans need fucking help with those fuck up houses if i ever moved out their i would buy a new house instead of getting a mess up one

  • @cdltpx As for food preparations that can be done with some very low tech devices one could be solar ovens others solar vacuum tubes for water boiling for cooking and bathing. Please go to MDI domes dot com you will see domes and eco domes eco domes are not insulated and are just concrete but they are faster and even cheaper to build but uninsulated. Eco's are usually built in 3 world this qualifies. This is a shame to have this level of suffering 6 years later. Disasters are overlapping!

  • @cdltpx A dome can be built for very little money making it float is the tricky costly part. Now if one wants to be thrifty and allow the home to flood that is not so bad either with a dome since a dome is one part they are easier to clean up after a flood. Even if they built a dome then after cured they jacked it up and placed a series of barrels under them that could be enough to provide enough bouyancy to save the home from flood outfitted with outriggers the home would survive.

  • Best way to rebuild that area is to build concrete dome homes that can float. Just the dome is near disaster proof. If designed to fload it would be K tims better than what these have been reducded to. We wonder why Baton Rouge murder rate has increased so over the years? I don't NOLA has young men that will be heard one way or another. Exclusion from work because of past transgressions only makes a career criminal. Sadly their violence is geared toward other fellow victums rather than the cause

  • Looked like a typical frat house to me.
