Ray Bethell is an incredible kite filer. I had the happy chance of seeing him live, in a park in Vancouver. He was flying three kites, sometimes in prefect synchronization, sometimes in separate paths.
"Wow, he's good." "Yeah." "I think I'll go over and talk to him." "Nah, don't go." *five minutes pass* "I think I will."
Ray you are a lovely person and the greatest kite flying pilot i have ever seen.I am going to buy 2 kites and have a new hobbie. Thanks for the insperasion....U.K..
Ray is a wonderful flyer, and a great person, end will be commemerated into the kite flying hall of fame, he's inspred tons of people, and i applaud him for that :D
Ray - you inspire me in many ways - from meeting you near the Planetarium many years ago whilst being awed by your flying prowess; helping me deal with the recent loss of my mother to Alzheimer's (through this video); and last but not least inspiring me to become a better pilot, though I doubt I will ever be as inspired as you - but I will keep trying. God Bless you sir!
