So funny I found this movie, I went even as far as to contact my national television's archive, but the man who works there replied my e-mail saying archive's where that film was are burned in 1999 bombing of Belgrade., and anyway they didn't have rights for that movie anymore. And he said that it's Canadian series of kid's movies. So I finally found it. Haahahaha - scary shit happens in the beginning of the movie.
