Why is everyone so worried about the band breaking... it's heavy duty rubber, if you weigh 250lbs, just getter a higher gauge one since you probably have more force output so you would want more resistance.
Even if a 250lb pretty strong dude used that one, he still wouldn't break it, it would just give a lot more.

its does not look funny at all and with all my respect ima be honest with u im glad i found this video today. lol bc today i saw someone doing almost the same exercises n the rope ripped. the guys thank god was ok he just busted his butt a bit. so i wouldnt even do it at . eventhou people say band are strong . i hope this will help people seen the video n the girl n the guy that did it ............cool exercises to do just running in the park or treadmil though ......

I didn't know I had it! I thought it was just a cold until I woke up the next morning. I'm better now after a few days on penicillin but what wonders that medicine does!
