Here's a piece that I taught at Quest Learning Center last Wednesday. Thanks Jerry and TeeJay for giving me the opportunity to share! and props to all of the students that came out--thank you all!
Secrets -- Everyone has little/big secrets that keeps them comfortable and controlled with their lives; "A normal" life that can become "boring". The idea of living from the mind and not the heart. But there comes a time in life where you get sick of living such a "normal" life thats been sculpted by so carefully. So you wanna reveal these secrets to make your life more exciting and sky rocket to its full potential. This piece reflects that moment when you wanna just let the mind go and live past the "normal and routine" life that youve sculpted by caging your heart.
This feeling is typical for most of us post grads that work 9-5 desk jobs that need a change.
