I remember watching this back in 1995. In the outro to the show, Jools Holland refers to Ben Folds as a "pianist", and Ben nods in appreciation of the great compliment this is, coming from Jools, who is an amazing pianist himself.

Maybe Jools didn't take kindly to the bashing Ben gave the piano; note his comment at the end. It's a shame Jools didn't play in a more 'Rock' style; his Rockn'Roll style is so sterile and formatted, which is a shame because he's a really talented player.
