@cambodiadk123 It's from the japanese version of Fevers and Mirrors. Other additional songs on that version are "Jetsabel removes the Undesireables".

Its from one of the intour sound support cd, sold on early tours, I'm pretty sure it was recorded at a similar time to oh holy fools...
And fevers is good, I prefer letting off the happiness though :)

this looks like it's from the fall 2001 tour. just him and his guitar. he played at the carrboro arts center and it looked like this setup. in fact, it might be carrboro since he was wearing the same clothes at the show. his nephew came on stage a few times. he'd be 21 in this.
