(CONT FROM BELOW) I think it sucks because I think we fans deserved to see Ryo and Kaori together, married and happy, in REAL TIME rather than in obscure flashbacks. I would have been more accepting of kaori dying and Xia Yang taking her place with Ryo if we had had a transitional phase of Kaori alive married to Ryo living together before her dying. Kaori being dead the way she is in AH is too much of a cop out to me. Sorry if I sound bitter, & no disrespect to the creator of this video.

One bigthing that bothers me about AH is how Kaori's death was handled. I feel like the only reason she was killed was to avoid putting them together as couple. Since one of Ryo's characteristics is his perverted nature with women, Having him settled down and married would have taken away to much of what makes Ryo RYO, so the creator decided to have kaori dead off the bat, so as to avoid that complication. So we get Ryo in love with Kaori but still unattached which seems integral Ryo's character

You know what gets me is the fact that I can't decide if I like Angel Heart or hate it. I resent the changes that were made in Angel Heart. I don't like that it is set in an alternate reality where everything is different. I get the irritating impression that the changes in Angel Heart try to one up the original storyline in City Hunter. The storyline in AH should have stayed in the original CH continuity. I don't mind Kaori being dead but I do mind the way writer went about it.

@KakarothXYZ Tsukasa Hojo was explain about why he making Angel Heart and i found his reason (i read from City Hunter Complete Edition (illustration Y) manga in some parts to he explain) about he want to making manga in family style and because of Hojo's age too (i think) he use City Hunter and Family Compo to mixed together and he feels like he making his manga in family style more and more means Angel Heart is family style

@KakarothXYZ I'm so happy to read that i'm not the only one to think this. AH could have been a good story if it was with new characters and not those from CH. He destroyed a legendary manga. This song (from CH) shouldn't even be associated to AH
