Me playing along to JUST A GIRL, probably my favorite songs by NO DOUBT.
Adrian Young is a beast o drummer, and I try my best to play with as much expression as he does in this video.
It's not really a cover, because I haven't 'learnt' the proper drum part, I just play along with what sounds OK to me.
I know that the Backing track and the audio's a bit out of sync, it's really annoying...
I think it's because of the way I put my videos together...
any tips on how to get the audio from the video camera and the Backing track bang on with each other would be great !!

Did you ever figure out how to get the backing track and your drumming audio (?) in sync? Good cover. It doesn't matter that you play exactly the original recorded track, no point in that. See my cover of this number for what I mean.

what i figured out to be easiest is to send microphones and backing music through a mixer, then send the output of the mixer into the line in of my macbook
then mute the video on my video camera, and compile the vid + audio.
