Well you can just enter the code,hold Shift and click on the sim,then click on the "make a vampire" option :) very simple and you can cure it by the same way too (the option "make a vampire" will turn into "cure vampire")

@KetoHimashi Twilight is ok, but i don't think vampires sparkle, unless they have a killer vagazzle or are gay or something..

You need to click on your sim and click "Make Vampire".

This is Sims 2 late night but it still works for sims 2 night life
