when u have the chd downloaded make sure u have wirar or a winzip and extract directly to ur forlder containing CPS3 and its other files.

after that open it up click emulator on the top click load rom and click the one that says Street Fighter III Fight For The Future With (CHD) at the end of the game name double click and walla enjoy
