Got outsourced again. Moved 700 miles to drive a harvester for my father in law 18 hours a day at half of what I used to make but I got to feed my family and would work more if there were hours enough to do it. Nearly shed a tear when I hear this song because it sounded so much like me when I asked for the work and feel lucky I got it.

I've been out of work since September 2011, and it's tough out there. This song hits home big big time. Had my first interview last week, prayed the whole way going there and coming back that it'd go well. Hopefully things will turn around, because I'm running out of things to sell. Never thought I'd ever have to consider applying for government assistance, but I may have to. But I can't stomach the thought of single me possibly taking away help from a more needy family.

@jaruss1313 I live within 45 minutes of the Union City plant you're talking about. This entire area has been devastated by plant closures, outsourcing and temp jobs...If we don't get rid of our current President we'll all be out of work...

Reminds me of my dad and boyfriend who has been out of work for going on 2 yrs....I have a job and a college degree but can't get a job in my field. I don't make enough to keep a roof over me and my daughter's head. thank God for those who have helped me along the way!

@BooBooNicky your are a good man i know how you feel my friend has three people living in hi house his dad lost his job a year ago and his mom has been keeping them afloat but they are divorced i would have them come live with us but we already have 5 people in a 3 person house
