This song sounds EXACTLY like a 90s anime OP song. Seriously, this song could have come out in 1996 and not been out of place at all. This is what was so awesome about Slayers Revolution - it was like a relic from the 90s unearthed in 2008.

You're right. Zuuma was conceived far before than Naruto's characters. And it is possible that Zuuma was a model for some Naruto's characters...
