@drecklia well theres 2 really important points that help alot
1) keep your body straight!
2) dont put your hands flat on hte floor. place em down like you wanna dig into the floor. then just blaance by pressing with either the palm of your hand or the fingertips. and place your hands shoulder-width.
that should help you get it

I've been trying since long how to balance my handstand. I already have the strength, but I cant stabilize myself. How do you do it?

i'm not really that good teaching people... just keep watching the video over and over, that's what I did.

yo, nice vids. how did you start to build up your strength before being able to do handstand push ups?

when I was a kid... I use to climb trees and I was always an active kid... so that really helped alot... and at age 14 I started to bench press light weight... it gave me some strength too
