My kid played Pop Warner in N California. Fortunately, we had awesome coaches. We did witness kids getting very late hits that refs somehow "missed". But no one reacted like this creep. That parent/coach should be banned for life from PW football; this is not what they're about.

Dumb move by the player who made the hit, dumb move by the refs for not seeing it and throwing a flag, and especially dumb move by the father/coach. I know he was just standing up for his son who was dealt a cheap shot on a very late hit after the whistle, but you have to control yourself.
